So I'm studying my lines for Alison, the character that I will be playing in Brooklyn Boy.

First time I read the script I had the following adjectives to describe the character:
blonde, young, ambitious

Now that I have gone over the lines I couple of times I think pretentious. But in my opinion it seems like the author is making all the people from California seem "pretentious". She seems fake. She is definitely ambitious. It seems like she wants to get to the top anyway that she can. I don't picture the "blonde" part anymore. She is definitely smart. But she seems more street smart than book smart. She knows how to schmooze.

For some weird reason I'm having issues with all the times she says "like". Its almost like a Valley girl. Not a true Valley girl, but I can feel a faint one in there.

I am excited to sit down for the read through tomorrow...

So working on "Anybody Home"...and one of the characters is called "Countess Von Spadina"... David, seriously sounds like Lily Von Schtupp...

 

So my friends all know that I'm a big knitting and crochet geek.

 I finished reading the 13th book...it was good! But I'm confused...hmm...I may have to re-read all of them....

So obviously...I don't have a lot of patience in the scheme of things...

So I finished my latest animal...I am on a stuffed animal kick :)

So I love a good romance novel every now and then, but now Sarah has me hooked on hokey vampire romance novels! 

I've been reading some really corny ones by Kathy Love, about Vampires who find true love.. and I just started another one Sarah lent me, Twilight by Stephanie Meyer....and it's sooo good! I feel like a dumb teenager all over again :)
